For this type of scenario, most useful feature is \u201cReports\u201d. The reports are very useful for mangers to see growth of work in a certain period of time. User can design their reports as per user preference. Recently, one user wanted their custom entity\u2019s notes added in reports but in one row. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff:<\/em><\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2019\/12\/20\/data-resource-unavailable-for-gadgets-of-custom-entity\/\">Data\nResource unavailable for Gadgets of Custom Entity<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose there is one custom entity name as <strong>Machine<\/strong> under Company. There is multiple notes for the same machine record.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Image-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Image-1.png\" alt=\"Report\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Report<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>If user wants to see all the notes against the machine record.
