Each device has a string of text, called a user agent that describes the device to&nbsp;Sage CRM. The user agent contains the version of browser and operating system that&#8217;s on the device.&nbsp;Sage CRM&nbsp;interprets the user agent and based on mappings that you&#8217;ve set, it displays the associated UI theme on the mobile device.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/02\/10\/controlling-access-to-reports-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Controlling Access to Reports in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently while accessing\nSage CRM via Mobile browser, we have been facing an issue in data\nloading. We could successfully access the CRM on mobile\u2019s browser\nand also log in to the account. But, on trying to view previous or\nexisting data, no data was found. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We cross-verified by\naccessing CRM through a different Mobile device but the issue still\nremained. We checked the sData and all the Standard Mobile views\nrelated\/responsible for Sage CRM Mobile access such as\nmListCommunication, mCalendarView, mOppoListDelta, mOppoList,\nmPersonAllDetails, and mPersonAllDetailsDelta which returns the data\nthrough sData tests but everything seemed to be working fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our next step of debugging was to review the Device table definition of CRM. Here we could find 3 non-deleted records in the table as well as root cause of the issue. As you can see in the below screenshot, the highlighted value is the Device Id based on which the UI theme is loaded in the Mobile browser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Device-Table-Structure-Wrong-Device-Id.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Device-Table-Structure-Wrong-Device-Id.jpg\" alt=\"Device Table Structure - Wrong Device Id\"><\/a>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Device Table Structure &#8211; Wrong Device Id<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, it should have referred to the Mobile device parameter\u2019s Device Id (i.e. \u20182\u2019) rather than Sage CRM Mobile itself.
