In this blog we will see how to add teams filter. The steps to add team filter are same as that to add user filter, only few changes in views needs to be done. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff<\/em><\/strong><em>: <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/04\/15\/sage-crm-2020-r1-extended-support-for-nested-mail-merge-part-2\/\">Sage CRM 2020 R1: Extended support for Nested Mail Merge \u2013 Part 2<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will consider same example as previous blog that is, we want to add opportunity list gadget along with team filter on dashboard. To do this follow below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Add dummy field to opportunity entity \u201c<strong>oppo_assignedteamID\u201d <\/strong>of text type. Refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Img-1-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Img-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Field creation\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Field creation<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Now create view in opportunity entity as below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>select comp_name,Oppo_Description ,oppo_status,Oppo_CreatedDate,\ncomp_createdby,Comp_SecTerr,oppo_SecTerr,oppo_createdby,\noppo_assigneduserid,comp_primaryuserid,\ncomp_channelid,oppo_channelid,\nconcat(Chan_Description ,'') as oppo_assignedteamID\n from opportunity\nleft join company \non Oppo_PrimaryCompanyId = Comp_CompanyId\nleft join channel on Oppo_ChannelId   = Chan_ChannelId   \nwhere comp_deleted is null and oppo_deleted is null and Chan_Deleted is null<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>3)  Create a view naming vOpportunityTeamDetails , translation as Opportunity Team Details and check the report checkbox as shown below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Img-2-2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Img-2-2.jpg\" alt=\"View creation\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>View creation<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Now using this view create a report \u201cOpportunity List\u201d.
