Creating communication of different types like task and appointment, which helps user to save their meetings and to do for multiple entities. As Sage CRM is providing one feature that helps to set a communication status in few steps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>New Stuff:<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/05\/08\/append-percentage-symbol-with-the-field-value-in-sage-crm\/\">Append Percentage Symbol with the field value in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a communication is  newly created  the status is set as \u2018<strong>Pending<\/strong>\u2019 by default. After the task or meeting is completed communication status need to be updated manually as \u2018Complete\u2019 for future reference.<br><br>For example:\u00a0 There is three communication attached to opportunity, from that two meetings and one To Do task. If user completed their one meeting and one To Do. And he wants to set the task status to complete in Sage CRM.<br><br>To do so usually the user open that communication, then select \u2018<strong>Complete<\/strong>\u2019 option from S<strong>tatus <\/strong>dropdown field. And hit the \u2018<strong>Save<\/strong>\u2019.
