Hence in our blog we will discussing on the required configuration related to IIS for successful Sage CRM installation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff:<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/06\/02\/changing-sage-crm-default-log-on-page-for-mobile-view\/\">Changing Sage CRM Default log on page for Mobile view<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Before installing Sage CRM you will require to install and setup IIS. Once you have installed IIS you can install <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/greytrix-consulting\/sage-crm-consulting\">Sage CRM<\/a>. Below are the configurations that needs to be done in IIS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Enable Anonymous Authentication:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to IIS <strong>Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager <\/strong>andexpand the left hand side Connections tree as below <br> <strong>Local Server&gt; Sites&gt; Default Web Site&gt;Select your CRM<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Now, click on Authentication icon highlighted below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/1-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Authentication Icon\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Authentication Icon<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>Once \u201cAuthentication\u201d is selected <strong>Enable Anonymous Authentication<\/strong> once done <strong>Edit Anonymous Authentication<\/strong> as shown in the below screenshot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2-2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/2-2.jpg\" alt=\"Anonymous Authentication\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Anonymous Authentication<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>By default the Anonymous user identity is set to <strong>IUSR<\/strong>. You can update below credentials with authorized domain account if IUSR password is not known to you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/3.jpg\" alt=\"Anonymous User identity\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Anonymous User identity<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Enable Windows Authentication:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to Enable Windows Authentication option if you want to login into Sage CRM using Windows Authentication. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/4.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/4.jpg\" alt=\"Windows Authentication\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Windows Authentication<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Enable Parent Path:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click on ASP icon as displayed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/5.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/5.jpg\" alt=\"ASP Icon\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>ASP Icon<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>Next expand the Behavior dropdown, you will find Enable Parent Path row just set it to True.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/6.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/6.jpg\" alt=\"Parent Path\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Parent Path<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Enable 32-bit Applications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable this select the Application pools under connection panel on left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/7.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/7.jpg\" alt=\"Application Pool\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Application Pool<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>Select Advanced Setting under CRM App Pool and expand the General drop-down.
