Sage CRM<\/a> is used vividly for its key features that is Marketing, Sales and Services. It is consist of various modules which helps users and organization to increase customer interaction and keep their information such as contact details, there interest in particular product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff<\/em><\/strong>: <\/em>Increase File Size Limitation for uploading documents<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For log in purpose each user have their own Log on ID and Password. According to logged in user data access can be defined in security rights. Recently one of our client were not able to log in to Sage CRM. When he tried to access the URL, below error was displayed in browser:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"Login<\/a>\n

Error reads as install file \u201cLogOn.html\u201d and try again, after checking in other CRM folder we found out that file resides at below path:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then we check the CRM_2018R3 directory folder, \u201cImg\u201d folder was missing, refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"Img<\/a>\n

 \u201cImg\u201d folder from Sage CRM directory somehow deleted. We added \u201cImg\u201d folder in above stated path, then we were successfully able to access the Log In page. Refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\"Login<\/a>\n

If you encounter similar error please check the needful, and if you are facing same issue and adding \u201cImg\u201d folder to your directory make sure you are adding it for same version. For example, if \u201cImg\u201d folder for 2018 R3 version is missing, Later you added \u201cImg\u201d folder from 2020 R1 directory then this may cause disturbance in other functionality.
