The wide collection of Reports available within CRM has made it easy for the CRM users to extract the data in different formats based on various different conditions or criteria. Apart from this, Sage CRM has even provided with Summary Reports for system entities such as Company, Person, Opportunity and Cases that helps with the quick overview of the account information just by a single click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/09\/14\/troubleshooting-an-error-message-company-companyentity-updaterecord-jscript-error-using-gumu-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\">Troubleshooting an error message \u2018Company CompanyEntity UpdateRecord jscript error\u2019 using GUMU&#x2122; integration<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though Sage CRM has come up with the flexibility to mould and design the Reports based on the business requirements with the help of SQL views and conditions; it is also possible to change or modify the look and feel of the Summary Reports and PDF reports in Sage CRM. In this article, we will share few of our understandings that have helped in customizing the Summary reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fetch the Summary report of a company record, follow the below steps \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the Company Search screen and find and open the Company record or Open any of the company record from the Recent list.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Summary Report<\/strong> button.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Report will be displayed as shown in below screenshot \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Standard-Company-Summary-Report.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Standard-Company-Summary-Report.jpg\" alt=\"Standard Company Summary Report\"><\/a>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Standard Company Summary Report<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To add or to graphically represent the data in the form of charts in these summary reports, you can follow below steps \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Navigate to the path <strong>Administration&nbsp;-&gt;&nbsp;Customization&nbsp;-&gt;&nbsp;Company<\/strong><\/li><li>Click on the <strong>Summary Report<\/strong> tab.<\/li><li>Edit the desired entity section; you need to add\/enable charts for. Most of the structure and styling is hard coded but there are some styling changes that we can make are as explained further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Navigate to the CRM directory &#8211; C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM\\WWWRoot\\Themes<\/li><li>Open the file ergonomic.css.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This file contains the settings that will help to alter the styling of the pdf reports based on below parameters \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>COLUMN_HEADER_STYLE<\/li><li>DETAIL_STYLE<\/li><li>GROUP_HEADER_STYLE<\/li><li>GROUP_FOOTER_STYLE<\/li><li>HEADER_FOOTER_STYLE<\/li><li>SUMMARY_STYLE<\/li><li>TITLE_STYLE<\/li><li>CAPTION_STYLE<\/li><li>VALUE_STYLE<\/li><li>MAIN_TITLE_STYLE<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Stylesheet-Paramaters-that-can-be-altered.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n<img class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" \nsrc=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Stylesheet-Paramaters-that-can-be-altered.jpg\" \nalt=\"Stylesheet Paramaters that can be altered\"><\/a>\n\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Stylesheet Paramaters that can be altered<\/i><\/center><\/font><\/p><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Stylesheet ergonomic.css is loaded and cached in the memory when the Sage CRM starts up. Thus, Users can make or alter the changes in this stylesheet which will be reflected in the Summary reports once the IIS is restarted. However, these are very specific settings that can be changed. User should avoid adding more properties because it may clash with the settings hardcoded with Sage CRM.
