This filter screen provides a UI to build that allows the program to add where clause as per our requirement. Refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-1.jpg\" alt=\"Search Filter\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Search Filter<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>In Sage CRM filter screen, along with dropdown values we also find&nbsp;<strong>All&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>None&nbsp;<\/strong>options available to filter the record list. These dropdown values help to enhance the filter criteria. Recently one of our clients raised the issue that for filter&nbsp;<strong>All<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>None<\/strong>&nbsp;dropdown values were missing. Refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-2.jpg\" alt=\"Status Filter\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Status Filter<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>After doing some findings, we came to know that the screen type was an entry type. Refer the below screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-3.jpg\" alt=\"Screen Definition\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Screen Definition<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>All standard filter screens in Sage CRM are of type <strong>Search<\/strong>. We modified the custom screen type to <strong>Search Screen<\/strong>.  Which added <strong>All <\/strong>and <strong>None <\/strong>Option values to the dropdown for selection fields, refer below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-4.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Img-4.jpg\" alt=\"New Screen Filter\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>New Screen Filter<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>In Sage CRM, All and None options are added to screens based on-screen types.
