From that Quote is one of the important and highly usable modules. Recently we have one query from our one of the client, related to the New Line Item buttons are not showing on Quote summary screen. As there are many buttons on the quote summary screen which are predefine and \u2018Line Item\u2019 buttons are one of the predefined buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/11\/06\/error-on-favourites-list-in-sage-crm\/\">Error on Favourites List in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On investigation, we found that one of the standard fields from the quote summary is accidentally removed by the user. In this blog, we discussed how we can enable Line item buttons on the quote summary screen.&nbsp; After some findings, we found that the \u2018Pricing List\u2019 field from the quote summary is missing. That\u2019s the reason predefine buttons of Line items are disabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Img-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Img-1.png\" alt=\"Quote Summary\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><i>Quote Summary Screen<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: In standard Sage CRM there is \u2018Pricing List\u2019 field is available on quote summary.<br><br>To enable the Line items button we need to add the missing standard field i.e. \u2018Pricing List\u2019 on the quote summary. Follow the below steps to add a field on Quote summary.<br><br>1. Navigate to <strong>Administration<\/strong>\u00a0->\u00a0<strong>Customization<\/strong>\u00a0-><strong> Quotes<br><br><\/strong>2.<strong> <\/strong>Navigate to Screens tab and Click on \u2018<strong>Quote Summary\u2019<br><br><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Img-2.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Img-2.png\" alt=\"Screens\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><i>Screens<\/i><\/center><\/font> 3. Add \u2018Pricing List\u2019 field on Quote summary screen. After creating a new quote user can see all the line item buttons with existing buttons.
