In the current year i.e. 2020 Sage has come up with the latest release of Sage CRM (2020R1 and 2020R2). These new updated versions are come up with additional features and compatibilities. Also, most of the minor bugs related to custom entities also fixed in these versions. CRM Project Manager will help you to store and manage all the projects and their progress. That\u2019s the reason many clients and organizations use Sage CRM Project Manager to manage their projects with details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong>Error on Favourites List in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Many organizations are upgrading their Sage CRM to the latest version. So Greytrix has also made Sage CRM Project Manager compatible with the latest Sage CRM 2020. Also added the all date format support. Below are some key features of Greytrix Project Manager,

Project Task\/Status :<\/strong>
One feature from the project manager is, it won\u2019t allow users to complete the projects if there is a pending task against the project. It shows a validation message on the project. User can divide their task as per the project duration. Multiple tasks can be created against one project.

Timesheet:<\/strong>
This feature helps users to identify the daily tasks and their time for the projects. Timesheet contains billable and unbillable hours, so the project managers are easily asked the clients for billable hours. Billable days are the basis of the drawdown of allocation of days on tasks. These are the entries which will affect the \u2018Estimated and Calculated End Dates\u2019. It will also affect the running \u2018Remaining Days\u2019 on each individual task. Unbillable days will not affect these metrics of the project. Also, there is a dedicated \u2018Project Timesheet\u2019 tab, where users can see all the timesheet entries for projects. For more simplification, there is two view modes \u2018Calendar View\u2019 and \u2018List View\u2019.

Milestone Checks:<\/strong>
Milestones allow for an additional level of control on the project for the project manager. Milestones are a means of grouping tasks which are related. After grouping all related tasks into their respective Milestones it will facilitate the project manager to identify the critical path of a given project. It also enables the project manager in the allocation of resources on critical tasks. There is a dedicated tab of \u2018Milestone Check\u2019 where user can view project tasks and their associated milestones.

Gantt chart:<\/strong>
There is dedicated one tab against the project is \u2018Gantt\u2019. On this screen, it shows all the project status against the scheduled time. Users can adjust the length\/duration of an individual task by clicking on it with the mouse and either shorten it or lengthen it by dragging the mouse to the desired length, then click the Update button that appears.

Web Portal:<\/strong>
There is a pre-defined web portal for the users. Only the enabled users can log in to the portal. On the web portal, the user can see the assigned task to the logged-in user in the Task tab. There is also a Timesheet tab in which the user can see their timesheet entries also users can add the timesheet entry from the portal.
