In addition to this, all the information for Sage 100 customer flows between Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 on real time depending on your configured settings option in&nbsp;GUMU&#x2122;&nbsp;configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2020\/10\/07\/new-features-in-latest-gumu-sage-crm-sage-100-integration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>New Features in latest GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In our previous blog &lt;add blog link&gt;, we have explored the Delete Order functionality. Today, we will discuss the steps to implement the Delete Order functionality. User will have to follow below steps on Sage 100 server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Once done with back up, login to Sage 100 Application. Go to the Custom office -&gt; Main&nbsp;-&gt;&nbsp;User-Defined Field and Table Maintenance.<\/li><li>Select <strong>&#8220;Sales Order&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;folder, Double click on <strong>&#8220;SO Sales Order Header&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;and choose <strong>&#8220;User-Defined Scripts&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;options.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>&#8220;+&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;sign and&nbsp;it will open Add Script screen.<\/li><li>Select the <strong>Table&nbsp;&#8211; Post-Delete<\/strong>&nbsp;from the Event dropdown and then click the Create\/Edit script button as shown below.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Image1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"Implementing Delete Order functionality in CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Image1.jpg\" alt=\"Implementing Delete Order functionality in CRM \u2013 Sage 100 Integration\" width=\"561\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once you click the Create\/Edit Script button, it will open a window. Fill the Script Id as \u201cUpdate_Order\u201d and then click tab button of Keyboard.<\/li><li>In the Script section you will need to copy the script from the Update_Order.txt&nbsp;file located in GUMU installation directory inside the <strong>Script <\/strong>folder on Sage CRM server&nbsp;(assume GUMU installed at \u2018<strong><em><strong><em>C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Greytrix\\GUMU for Sage CRM Server\\Script<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong>\u2019).<\/li><li>Copy all the content present in the Update_Order.txt&nbsp;to the script section.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Image2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" title=\"Updating order script in Sage CRM - Sage 100 Integration - Greytrix \" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Image2.jpg\" alt=\"Updating order script in Sage CRM - Sage 100 Integration - Greytrix \" width=\"704\" height=\"539\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once you have copied the script click on the Check Script button present in the right side you will get the \u201cscript passed\u201d message. Then click on the save button and then accept button.<\/li><li>It will navigate back to the user-Defined script screen. Click OK&nbsp;and then close all the windows. Once you have closed all the windows, finally it will open the script Compile screen.
