Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires a current record<\/strong>\u201d as shown below which occur on Import Customer routine.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Error-Message-1024x147.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Error-Message-1024x147.png\" alt=\"Currency\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p>The above issue is related to data specific and normally occurs&nbsp;due to below process<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. If user create a customer\/Import Customer using 3<sup>rd<\/sup>&nbsp;Party Addon or VI job&nbsp;in Sage 100 under Customer Maintenance screen by entering improper data and then tries to Import Customer in CRM using Import Customer Routine then it will show the error message as \u201c<strong>Unable to Import Customer. Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. You can observe the failed customers list in the GUMU logs by navigating to below mentioned path <em>C:\\Windows\\SysWOW64\\inetsrv\\GUMU\\GUMUImport.log<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Logs-1024x94.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Logs-1024x94.png\" alt=\"Currency\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<p>3. After knowing the failed customer\u2019s customer number check the data against them in Sage 100 if it proper or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
