Also, Sage CRM allow users to create custom dashboards and Gadgets, according to data feeds which they want to have look at from different entities. It can be in list, chart or report format. Recently we have one inquiry from one of our client related to Gadget i.e. Dashboard is working but particular Gadget is not working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff: <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2021\/07\/19\/display-on-screen-notification-to-team-rather-than-specific-user\/\">Display On screen notification to Team rather than specific User<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will explain how to troubleshoot the Gadget-related issue.<br><br>For Example, Let&#8217;s consider a videos Gadget from the welcome dashboard.<br><br>When user logged into the CRM, the gadget shows an error as \u2018An error occurred when attempting to process the Gadget. Please contact your System Administrator.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Img-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Img-1.png\" alt=\"Dashboard\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Dashboard<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>On investigation, we found that accidentally this gadget got deleted from the database. To confirm the same we have searched this Gadget in CRM database. By executing the below query.<br><br>select * from LPGadget where LPGad_CreatedBy = &#8216;-1&#8217; and LPGad_Name like &#8216;%Videos%&#8217;<br><br>We found that for this gadget in the database \u2018LPGad_Deleted\u2019 is set to 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Img-2.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/Img-2.png\" alt=\"LPGadget\"><\/a>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>LPGadget<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>To resolve the same we have updated that \u2018<strong>LPGad_Deleted\u2019 = Null<\/strong> in the database.<br><br>Then navigates to CRM and refresh the metadata.
