It also helps in making the business processes smooth and trouble-free; as well as ease the system navigation thereby making it more user-friendly to use. With the release of Sage CRM 2021 R2 new features and enhancements are also made available. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em><u>New Stuff:<\/u><\/em><\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2021\/08\/06\/how-to-view-exchange-integration-logs-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">How to view Exchange Integration Logs in Sage CRM?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sage CRM 2021 R2 provides the following new features and enhancements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Web leads: configure individual return URL for each web form<\/li><li>Mail merge: append quote or order ID to Word or PDF file name<\/li><li>Select template when sending quote or order<\/li><li>Customize CSS of current theme<\/li><li>Change appearance of pipeline chart<\/li><li>View more log files from user interface<\/li><li>Use demo workflow for company<\/li><li>View information about web browser in the Activity database table<\/li><li>Changes to fields and tabs<\/li><li>New cursor indicating when application is busy<\/li><li>New dashboard template and reports<\/li><li>Support for new software<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will be discussing about the new feature introduced in Sage CRM 2021 R2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>i.e., <strong>\u201cChange the appearance of pipeline chart\u201d<\/strong>. In all the earlier versions of Sage CRM, there was only one default Cylinder chart style that was made available for the pipeline chart. As a part of enhancement, Sage came up with a new feature wherein the Pipeline chart style could be changed as a part of system configuration. User account with Admin rights can make these changes in CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To change the appearance of the pipeline chart, just follow the below few steps:<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Go to, <strong>Administration \u2192 System \u2192 System Behavior<\/strong><br><\/li><li>Now, click on the change button and change the value in the <strong>&#8220;Pipeline chart style&#8221;<\/strong> selection field. Once done with the change, click on save.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After making the changes, Users can see the pipeline chart as per the style value set in the <strong>\u201cPipeline chart style\u201d<\/strong> field.
