The communication module has also helped users to communicate with the other users in CRM as well persons in the Sage CRM. Also, as we know Sage CRM\u2019s email functionality has allowed users to send emails to customers and record them as communication in CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff:<em> <\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2021\/10\/01\/sage-crm-2021-changes-in-self-service-portal\/\">Sage CRM 2021 \u2013 Changes in Self Service Portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recently we had a customization request from one of our clients regarding email sending to the selected people of Sage CRM Groups. To achieve the same, we have added the \u2018Email Offer\u2019 button on the Summary screen of an entity. This button can be added at any place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br>On click of \u2018Email Offer\u2019 button pop up screen will open. On this screen, users get the \u2018Contact Email List\u2019 and \u2018Group Email List\u2019 buttons to send emails to their contacts or groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-2.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>Contact Email List:<\/strong><br>On click of \u2018Contact Email List\u2019 button pop up screen will open, and it shows contact list of logged in user i.e. persons available under MY CRM | Contacts. From this popup screen user can select multiple contacts at the same time and the selected contacts email addresses will automatically pull in the \u2018To\u2019 section of the above email pop-up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-3.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-3.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br>On click of the \u2018Send Email\u2019&nbsp; button mail will send to all the users selected on the above screen.<br><br><strong>Group Email List:<br><\/strong>On click of \u201cGroup Email List\u201d button pop up screen will open, and it shows group list available for logged in user i.e. Groups available under MY CRM | Groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-4.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-4.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br>From this pop up screen user can select multiple contacts at the same time from the multiple selected groups. There is also the functionality of \u201cSelect All\u201d and \u201cExclude All\u201d. When user select group name, it expands and shows all the peoples from the group.<br><br>Using the \u201cSelect All\u201d button users can easily select all users from their respective groups. Also, using the \u201cExclude All\u201d button users can easily remove selected persons from the respective group. It helps users to select or deselect persons from different groups at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-5.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-5.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br>On click of \u2018Close\u2019 button, only the email address of selected users in the above screen will automatically pull in the \u2018To\u2019 section of the email screen. On click of \u2018Send Email\u2019 offer mail will send to all the selected users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-6.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Img-6.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><br>In this way using this customization users will easily send emails to a group of persons or multiple persons from different groups at the same time.
