Sage CRM has amazing features to create different types of dashboards as per requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>New Stuff<\/em>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2021\/11\/27\/sage-crm-2021-r2-wait-cursor-or-spinner-loading-error\/\">Sage CRM 2021 R2: Wait Cursor or Spinner loading Error<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To create a dashboard firstly user needs to create a report. By referring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2012\/10\/06\/generating-simple-reports-in-sage-crm\/\">this<\/a> link, Sage CRM user can create a report to display a report which will show the current month cases in Sage CRM. To create the same, below steps needs to be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Add \u201c<strong>Cases: Create Date<\/strong>\u201d in \u201c<strong>Search Criteria<\/strong>\u201d.<\/li><li>Select the radio button for \u201c<strong>Relative<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><li>Select the drop down for \u201c<strong>Month <\/strong>and<strong> Current<\/strong>\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG1-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG1-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per our requirement, we are going to create a dashboard that will show you the cases of the current month. For showing the data we use different gadgets that are predefined in Sage CRM. In Sage CRM, different users have many numbers of cases assigned to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Log on to CRM.<\/li><li>On the Dashboard screen, navigate to below path<\/li><li>New Dashboard | Create dashboard | Fill the Dashboard details<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG2-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG2-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Go to \u201c<strong>New Gadget\u201d<\/strong> and choose the \u201c<strong>Chart\u201d <\/strong>as a<strong> <\/strong>gadget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG3-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG3-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Select the default action as \u201c<strong>Go to list or report<\/strong>\u201d and click on \u201c<strong>Next<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Enter the gadget name as \u201c<strong>Cases Created In This Month<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. A new dashboard will be created to show the cases of the current month.
