GUMU™ Integration for Sage CRM-Sage 100(MAS 90\/200) ERP<\/a> has a wide range of features that are helpful and \u00a0are easy to work with. In this blog, we would be discussing about working of our newly added functionality \u201cLink Customer<\/strong>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Check now<\/strong><\/em>: Link or unlink Sage CRM company with existing Sage 100 ERP Customer<\/a><\/p>\n

Previously, while using GUMU™ integration for Sage CRM \u2013Sage 100 (MAS 90\/200) ERP, users were only able to convert\/promote Sage CRM Company to Sage 100 customer, but were not able to link to existing Sage 100 customer. To overcome this setback, we have introduced Link customer option.\u00a0 Let walk through this new feature in detail;<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Navigate to Sage CRM Company, erroneously created or not promoted to any Sage 100 customer. For demo purpose, we have created Company \u201cLinkToMAS\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Go to \u201cMAS 90 customer\u201d<\/strong> tab to view \u201cLink Customer\u201d <\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n
    1. Click on \u201cLink Customer\u201d<\/strong> button to view Link Page with the Sage 100 customer list.<\/li>\n
    2. Select the Sage 100 customer you desire to link your Company (say \u201cLinkTOSageCRM\u201d<\/strong>) and click on link button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Note:<\/em><\/strong> If in case you select an already linked Sage 100 customer then it will not allow you to go ahead with the linking.<\/em><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. It will ask for the confirmation and Link the Sage CRM Company to selected Sage 100 customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          \n
        1. Once Linking is successful, Sage CRM Company \u201cLinkToMAS<\/strong>\u201d would be linked with Sage 100 customer \u201cLinkTOSageCRM<\/strong>\u201d and the Customer number 01-LINK<\/strong> can be seen in the Sage CRM Summary screen.<\/li>\n
        2. Now we can promote the previously created Order for the customer in Sage CRM to Sage 100 ERP.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
