The Communications include Tasks, Appointments, and Emails. These communications can be associated with a respective Lead, Company, Person, Opportunity, and Case. Communications tab against Company and Person shows the communications belonging to respective Company and Person. Sage CRM users can create new communications as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>New Stuff<\/em>:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2021\/12\/07\/modify-the-number-of-stages-to-be-displayed-in-sage-crm\/\">Modify the number of Stages to be displayed in Sage CRM<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If Sage CRM user wants to delete any company, Person, Opportunity, Case, and if there are multiple communications available then CRM won\u2019t allow deleting that record. It shows the message as \u201c<strong>There are outstanding Communications<\/strong>\u201d.&nbsp;In that case, the user needs to delete all communications. But if there are multiple communication then it will be a time-consuming task. In this blog, we will discuss how to delete all records from the communication or document tab by a single click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete all the communications or documents in a single go, users can use \u201c<strong>Delete All Communications<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;and \u201c<strong>Delete All Documents<\/strong>\u201d&nbsp;buttons.&nbsp;But by default, these buttons are&nbsp;disabled, user needs to enable these buttons by following below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Sage CRM with Admin user.<\/li><li>Navigate to Administration | System | System Behavior.<\/li><li>Click on <strong>Change<\/strong> button.<\/li><li>Set <strong>Allow mass operations option<\/strong> as <strong>Yes<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click on \u201c<strong>Save<\/strong>\u201d button to save changes.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Img-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Img-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delete Multiple Communications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To delete the communication, navigate to Communications tab of respective records. On this screen, user can see additional \u2018\u2019<strong>Delete All Communications<\/strong>\u2019\u2019 button is enabled. This will delete all the Documents for the respective company\/person.
