By setting territories in Sage CRM, we can restrict one user from accessing records of another user belonging to different territory. Territory field is available on Main entities. If a feature is available and proved helpful for one entity, then to roll out it for other entities if it makes sense; has always been one of the priorities during upgrades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Sage CRM 2022 R1, a change has been taken into consideration regarding the territory updating. Basically, this version of Sage CRM brings the behaviour available to groups based on Leads, Opportunities and Cases in line with groups based on Companies and Persons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users can now carry out a mass update of the territory of Lead, Case, or Opportunity records.
