The key features of Integration include below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bi-directional import\/synchronize customers from the two systems.<\/li><li>Ability to view order details in the CRM System of the linked customer in CRM.<\/li><li>Import\/ synchronize items in ERP with CRM products.<\/li><li>Create CRM quotes using ERP pricing and discounts including quantity discounts. As per the standard integrated system user can see only below pre-configured reports in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-1-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-1-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will discuss how users can add a customized report on the above screen. We have done some research and understood that this screen displays all the reports from the below path.<br>&lt;&lt;Sage300InstallationDirectory&gt;&gt;\\Sage300\\OE68A\\ENG\\.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: As per Sage 300 versions the folder name \u2018OE68A\u2019 might change to \u2018OE67A\u2019, \u2018OE69A\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore,&nbsp; to add a new report into the above list, the user needs to place the customized report with extension \u201c.RPT\u201d file on the above path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, we have added an \u201c<strong>oequote<\/strong>\u201d customized report on the same path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-2-1.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/IMG-2-1.png\" alt=\"\"><\/a><font size=\"2\"><center><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To verify if the report is visible in Sage CRM, users need to follow the below steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log in to Sage CRM.<\/li><li>Navigate to an Opportunity and select the \u201cQuotes\u201d tab.
