In this blog entry, we will explore the troubleshooting process to fix the error messages that users may encounter during order promotion from Sage CRM to Sage X3 using Adonix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the recommended steps to address error messages that users may face when attempting to promote an Order from Sage CRM to Sage X3 using Adonix:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Troubleshooting Steps:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Step A.<\/u><\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Navigate to the Sage CRM directory path and access the \u2018Logs\u2019 folder (<em>C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM\\Logs<\/em>, assuming your CRM is installed on the C: drive.)<\/li><li>Search for the most recent ExternalMSG log file. <strong>Note<\/strong>: The file name begins with a Date prefix (e.g. <strong>20220804ExternalMSG).<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image1-1-1024x262.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image1-1-1024x262.jpg\n\" alt=\"Prepare to convert\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i><\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Open the log file in Notepad and direct to the end of the file user will need to copy the XML that starts with &lt;PARAM>and ends with &lt;\/PARAM>. (Temporarily save it in the notepad file).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Step B.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>In Sage X3, Navigate to <strong>All -> Administration -> Administration -> Web Services -> Classic SOAP Web services<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/image2.jpg\n\" alt=\"Prepare to convert\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i><\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li>Select the Web Service from the list.
