Using GUMU integration, we have displayed most of the information directly from Sage 100 in a custom tab in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff: <\/strong><\/em>Real Time Work Ticket data using GUMU&#x2122; Integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog, we will go through a new feature that we have added to our latest GUMU&#x2122; Integration Product which will give you the flexibility of displaying\/hiding the cost-related field on the GUMU&#x2122; Tabs (View ERP Data Tabs) and Find Inventory Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can hide the Cost field on the GUMU&#x2122; Tab and Find Inventory Tab by following the below-mentioned steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the CRM application note your user must have administrative privileges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to Administration -&gt; Sage 100 Administration -&gt; Security Matrix. Security Matrix allows you to oversee the permissions and access controls for each user of Sage CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-1-1024x176.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/image-1-1024x176.png\" alt=\"Security Matrix\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center><i>Security Matrix<\/i><\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uncheck the View Cost Checkbox to hide the cost fields for a particular user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the modifications and execute the Meta Data Refresh once to ensure the changes are applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us understand this with an example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose you want to hide the cost fields for the user accounts that belong to the <em>Salespersons. <\/em>You can navigate to the security matrix and remove the checkmark from the View Cost Checkbox corresponding to the identified individuals.
