Sage CRM provides hyperlinks so that users can use in a convenient way to access the actual records. However, the issue arises as these hyperlinks open in the current window, requiring a significant number of clicks to go back and forth between records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With Sage CRM 2023R2, you can now eliminate the need for switching by opening entity tabs in separate browser windows. This feature allows you to arrange these browser windows on your monitor, enabling you to have all the records visible simultaneously.<gwmw style=\"display:none;\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>New Stuff<\/strong><\/em>:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2023\/10\/12\/supercharge-your-emails-with-sage-crm-2023r2\/\">Supercharge Your Emails with Sage CRM 2023R2<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To verify, if you can open a read-only browser tab from an entity tab, hover your cursor over the <strong>entity icon<\/strong> located under the tabs. If the tooltip &#8220;ReadOnlyHint&#8221; appears, click the icon to open a read-only browser tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, on the Summary tab of a <strong>Company<\/strong> record, click on Company icon. For example, you can see hyperlinks for the Website, Phone\/Email, and the First Name\/Last Name of the person. For an example, if user clicks on a person&#8217;s first name, the person&#8217;s data will be displayed in a read-only format within that window.
