Does anybody know how to create the merge templates? Also use the same while sending mail.<\/p>\n<p>Suppose you want to send the mail to the person or group of persons through the mail merge functionality. However, the whole mail content except the Person details is same.<\/p>\n<p>Let me explain the steps to create the merged template.<br \/>\n1. Select the entity for which you want to create the merged document (Here. Person)<br \/>\n2. Click on the New Document from main menu. Click on Continue button that will open new word document and you can insert the fields from the Insert Merge filed option under Mailings tab.<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_A6_b0zkYeSY\/TUmY_9XQqSI\/AAAAAAAABTs\/1gnXvvO4xOM\/s1600\/Untitled3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_A6_b0zkYeSY\/TUmY_9XQqSI\/AAAAAAAABTs\/1gnXvvO4xOM\/s320\/Untitled3.jpg\" alt=\"Edit email template in Ms word\" width=\"320\" height=\"178\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>5. Save this document on the disk. Here, you can create the document as per your requirement.<br \/>\n6. After saving just merge this local template by following the 2nd and 3rd point.<br \/>\n7. Now, you are ready to send this document with your mail as an attachment to that person.<br \/>\n8.
