Our goal is to provide businesses with <strong>deeper visibility into ERP data<\/strong>, enabling smarter decisions, better efficiency, and smoother day-to-day operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are excited to showcase one of our <strong>custom feature<\/strong> we provided within the standard <strong>GUMU&#x2122; AR Invoice Details screen<\/strong>, developed for multiple clients to address specific business needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of our clients, who manages a high volume of <strong>Lot and Serial Number items<\/strong> in Sage 100, wanted the ability to view detailed <strong>Lot information<\/strong> directly against corresponding AR Invoices within Sage CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This requirement stemmed from the need to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure <strong>lot traceability<\/strong> for invoiced items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve <strong>customer service<\/strong> through quick access to lot details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To meet this requirement, we provided a <strong>custom \u201cLot Details\u201d button<\/strong> within the <strong>AR Invoice Inquiry Detail<\/strong> page in Sage CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When a user clicks this button, a <strong>real-time pop-up window<\/strong> appears, pulling data directly from <strong>Sage 100<\/strong>.
