Users can select the company (in multi-company environments) and map each Sage 100 Account Manager to a Sage CRM user. This mapping is mandatory and controls synchronization in both directions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Updates from Sage 100 to Sage CRM<\/strong><br>When the Account Manager is updated in Sage 100, GUMU&#x2122; automatically triggers a real-time update in Sage CRM.
