Here is how we can do it.<br \/>\n1. In CRM \u201dDocument \u201ctab, we will add a new button \u201cNew Email\u201d for attaching company library document.(Refer below screen)<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-RRM5wsc3jsU\/TWAFRJNv2xI\/AAAAAAAABUI\/wR85oax9JE4\/s1600\/Untitled1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-RRM5wsc3jsU\/TWAFRJNv2xI\/AAAAAAAABUI\/wR85oax9JE4\/s320\/Untitled1.jpg\" alt=\"\u201cNew Email\u201d for attaching company library document.\" width=\"320\" height=\"131\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>2. When user will click on \u201cNew Email\u201d Button new email screen will be opened.(Refer below screen)<\/p>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-8YrQ_SLPMOg\/TWAFoatEenI\/AAAAAAAABUQ\/lfrJNWH7QDE\/s1600\/Untitled1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-8YrQ_SLPMOg\/TWAFoatEenI\/AAAAAAAABUQ\/lfrJNWH7QDE\/s320\/Untitled1.jpg\" alt=\"\u00a0New email screen\u00a0\" width=\"320\" height=\"166\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>3. Whenever user will click on \u201cFinder \u201cButton of \u201cTo add a global document, select the file and click Upload attachment\u201d all documents which has been attached in company library list will be popped up on a screen. When the user clicks on the Send button, email with the selected document as attachment will be sent.<br \/>\n6.
