To address a client\u2019s specific requirements, we implemented a custom Work Order functionality within Sage CRM, seamlessly integrating it with Sage 100 to provide live insights without data duplication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Real-Time Work Order Visibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The customized solution enables users to view Work Order information directly within Sage CRM by fetching data from the <strong>SM_Task<\/strong> table in Sage 100. This ensures that all relevant work order details are readily accessible to CRM users without the need to switch between systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the current status of each Work Order is dynamically retrieved from the <strong>SM_TaskDispatchStatus<\/strong> table. This provides up-to-date status tracking, allowing teams to monitor progress and respond proactively to any changes.<br><br>One of the key highlights of this implementation is that no Work Order data is stored within Sage CRM tables.
