In this enhancement, we introduced a Quotes &amp; Orders Pipeline Dashboard within Sage CRM that provides users with a centralized view of Sage 100 Quotes and Orders, helping them monitor sales activities and make informed business decisions without switching between applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This blog highlights a client-requested customization to display Sage 100 Quotes and orders data with pipeline and statistics panel in both My CRM and Team CRM contexts within Sage CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>My CRM \u2013 Quotes &amp; Orders Dashboard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new Quotes &amp; Orders Dashboard has been added under the My CRM context, allowing users to view Sage 100 Quotes and Orders associated with them based on the Business Development assignment on the Company record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To ensure optimal performance, the dashboard displays the last two years of data by default and initially loads Quote records. All types are displayed, even if no records are available for a particular order type, giving users a complete overview of their sales pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The pipeline is fully interactive. Selecting a Order type instantly filters the grid to display only the relevant records, making it easy to analyze specific Order Types without manually applying multiple filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Statistics panel complements the pipeline by displaying key business metrics such as the Number of Orders and the Total Order Amount ($). The statistics update dynamically based on the selected pipeline Type and any filters applied, providing users with instant insights into their sales performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smart Filtering &amp; Excel Export:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dashboard offers a wide range of filtering options, enabling users to quickly refine Quotes and Orders based on customer information, order details, sales representatives, territories, date ranges, and other business criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The filters work seamlessly with both the pipeline and the statistics panel, ensuring that the dashboard, grid, and summary figures always remain synchronized.
