So for this sort of requirement, we have enhanced our GUMU&#x2122; Integration, wherein Users\/Salesperson can create Quote\/Orders for Non-link customers by using Sage 100 information.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\">In GUMU&#x2122; Integration for Sage 100, we have displayed Sage 100 information on CRM Quote\/Order screen based on Sage 100 company code. So while creating any new prospect in Sage CRM, user will have to select <b>Sage 100 Company code<\/b> from the dropdown of Company summary screen as given in below screenshot.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/CRM-Summary-Screen.bmp\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3103\" title=\"CRM Summary Screen\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/CRM-Summary-Screen.bmp\" width=\"749\" height=\"343\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small;\">This feature would ONLY be available for that company, which is NOT promoted to Sage 100 ERP. <\/span><br \/>\nSo in this case, if CRM user creates Quote<br \/>\n<strong>1. For prospect (non-promoted customers)<\/strong> :- \u00a0User will be able to select products using Product and product family SSA fields only. This is the same way as we generally select\u00a0items in standalone (non-integrated) Sage CRM while creating quotes\/orders. In this case, user will not be able to select products from the \u201cSage 100 lookup link\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/SSA.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" alt=\"SSA\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/SSA-1024x280.jpg\" width=\"595\" height=\"162\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>2. For Customers (promoted customers) :-<\/strong> In this case, user will be able to select products from the \u201cSage 100 Lookup\u201d screen as well as from the Product SSA fields. \u00a0<b>Sage 100 lookup<\/b> displays data on real time basis directly from the Sage 100 DB.<br \/>\nThus, Sage CRM user would be able to create Quotes and Order for Non-linked companies in Sage CRM, but will not be able to Promote Order to Sage 100 until Sage CRM Company is promoted to Sage 100 ERP using Company Promote functionality in GUMU&#x2122;
