The notifications can be raised from.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<ol>\n<li>Notification at escalation rule.<\/li>\n<li>Notification at entity level.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Let me just clarify the working of each one so that you would be in a position to know which one would be the best for your requirement.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><b>Notification at Escalation <\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">You can configure a notification from Escalation under following location<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Administration &gt; Advanced Customization &gt; Escalation <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In escalation rule there is workflow action \u201cShow Notication on screen\u201d. By using this we can create a notification on screen.
