Day before I was able to access the same.<br \/>\nInitially I thought some IIS settings might be changed on server. Therefore I ran the SLX reports on the server and found that it is working. So I just checked with one of my network guys and he suggested me to check the firewall settings. Bingo!! Here I found that, firewall is turned on. I tried to turn off the firewall and checked the same from outside the server and found that it is working fine.<br \/>\nNow, obviously I won\u2019t turn off my firewall and sacrifice security for this issue. Hence decided to open the port on which the SLX web reports were running. The port was 3334. Here are steps which will guide you to open the relevant ports on server.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to Control Panel.<\/li>\n<li>Select Windows Firewall option and then select the Advanced Settings from the left side panel.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img11.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3295\" title=\"Img1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"803\" height=\"442\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Windows Firewall Advanced Security window will be opened. Click on the Inbound Rules option available at the left hand side panel.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3285\" title=\"Img2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"944\" height=\"218\" \/><\/a>Click on the New Rule action button as shown in the above screenshot.<\/li>\n<li>New Inbound Rule wizard will get open. Select the Port option.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/port.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3290\" title=\"port\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/port.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"719\" height=\"572\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img3.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on Next button.<\/li>\n<li>Specify the port that SLX Web Reporting site is using.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img31.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3291\" title=\"Img3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img31.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"714\" height=\"569\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img4.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on Next button to select the action as Allow the connection.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img41.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3292\" title=\"Img4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img41.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"718\" height=\"574\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img51.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img5.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click on Next button to set the access as Public.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img52.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3293\" title=\"Img5\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/Img52.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"716\" height=\"576\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>10.
