Simple answer is by Administrator, however small organizations always try and maintain the communications at Team level where Team leader is responsible for communications being sent out. Now how can I easily set the Team leader for each team and use it for different activities.<br \/>\nWell, this can be achieved by using below mentioned standard functionality.<br \/>\n1)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Login into <strong>SageCRM<\/strong><br \/>\n2)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Go to <strong>Administrations<\/strong> | <strong>Users\u00a0<\/strong>| <strong>Teams<\/strong><br \/>\n3)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Click on the <strong>New<\/strong> button.
