Also it shows pictorial representation of Cases you see in the Normal Cases tab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Solution:<br \/><\/strong>We have provided a new tab within the My CRM context as \u201cGlobal Cases\u201d. Initially, this tab displays all the cases which are against the currently logged in user.
