I have a simple escalation matrix setup as shown below on my CRM server. Now as per the SageCRM functionality once the case is saved, the escalations are created in the database as soon as case is saved however strangely escalation time being set was not according to the matrix I had designed. It was always running some hours behind.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/escalationblog1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3675\" title=\"escalationblog1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/escalationblog1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"792\" height=\"115\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI checked all the configurations related to Escalations and SLA\u2019s which seemed to be fine, then what might be an issue? I found out that it has nothing to do with the Escalation configurations and the time zone itself was wrong.<br \/>\nThen I went to <strong>Administration<\/strong> | <strong>System<\/strong>\u00a0|\u00a0<strong>System Behavior<\/strong> and changed the time zone to the one of my region and wholla escalations are running properly on time now.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/escalationblo3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-3676\" title=\"escalationblo3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/escalationblo3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"789\" height=\"445\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here I am sharing a strange issue which I came across some days back.
