Sometimes we come across scenario where we have to hide fields on Page Onload (View Mode) as well as OnChange of page (Edit mode). I have written a blog for the same. You can find it in the below path:

\nThe above block works fine. But I had a requirement from client that he want to hide fields as well as he doesn\u2019t want extra spaces which remains after hiding the fields.
\nConsider an example, while creating a case I have a selection field called Area<\/strong>. When I select \u201cSoftware<\/strong>\u201d option I want to display \u201cFix in<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cSerial Number<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cProduct<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cProduct Id<\/strong>\u201d fields respectively. \u00a0
\nThings which you need to keep in mind are as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Firstly you need to check whether you are getting an object of the field.<\/li>\n
  2. Then get the parent node of the field to remove the extra spaces.<\/li>\n
  3. Check the value of Area field and accordingly remove or display fields and extra spaces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \nAnd after selecting Software<\/strong> option from field Area<\/strong> below screen will be displayed.
