You must be aware that one can add the entity easily in the Sage CRM using the Advanced Customization wizard.<br \/>\nRecently I developed the one for one of my clients. All went fine until my client requested to add more information in the Top content of entity (Context). This was because His summary screen was already filled with lots of fields and he wanted to see the data at some eye-catching position on interface rather than scrolling down all the way down on summary screen to see the data. I had added those new fields as per the requirement. In this particular post I am summarizing the details for anyone coming across the same requirement. See the details below.<br \/>\nSuppose you want to add <strong>Pers_status<\/strong> field in the person context you can follow below instructions.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Administration<\/strong>\u00a0|<a><\/a> <strong>Customization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Person<\/strong> Entity from the list of Primary entities.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Screens<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the customize button of <strong>Person Top Content.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>By default this screen has no fields added.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Pers_status<\/strong> field from the field dropdown, click on <strong>Add<\/strong> button and finally Save the changes by clicking <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/clip_image002.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/clip_image002.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"clip_image002\" width=\"624\" height=\"260\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-404\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n7.\t Now, when you visit any person you will find the Pers_status field will be visible in the Person\u2019s context along with its value.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/clip_image0031.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/clip_image0031.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"clip_image003\" width=\"573\" height=\"230\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-406\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nWell, the same steps can be followed to add extra information for any entity\u2019s top context. This is using the Sage CRM configuration.<br \/>\nWhat if you have created custom entity using entity wizard and you want to add fields in the top context?
