You have the feature in CRM to enable the multicurrency support from <strong>Administration<\/strong> || <strong>Data Management<\/strong>\u00a0|| <strong>Currency<\/strong>. Even though you enable multiple currencies, you won\u2019t be able to see them all under the currency dropdowns on Quotes\/Orders entities.<br \/>\n\u00a0To sale in multiple currencies we have to go to <strong>Administration<\/strong>\u00a0|| <strong>Data management<\/strong>\u00a0|| <strong>Products<\/strong>\u00a0||<strong> Product Configuration<\/strong> and set the required currencies in \u201c<strong>Sale Currencies Supported<\/strong>\u201d field.<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Image-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"904\" height=\"229\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Image-1<\/p>\n<p>Once you make above configurations, you can create quotes, orders in <strong>$<\/strong> and <strong>INR<\/strong> currencies. You can find these currencies in currency selection field in new quote\/order screen.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-21.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4167\" title=\"Image-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-21.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"884\" height=\"156\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Image-2<\/p>\n<p>Here, if \u201c<strong>Automate Opportunity Creation<\/strong>\u201d field is set to <strong>Yes<\/strong>, then an opportunity will be created automatically when user creates a new Quote or Order. However If it is set to No, then user can\u2019t create quote or order without creating an opportunity.\u00a0<br \/>\nIn this case Quotes and Orders can only be created from Quotes and Orders Tabs under Opportunity context. Now when you create subsequent quotes for the same opportunity, you may find that you are not asked to select the currency and the currency field is in read-only format. Why does that happen?\u00a0<br \/>\nWhen we create an opportunity manually, system sets its currency to NULL until any quote or order is created against that opportunity.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4168\" title=\"Image-3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"68\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Image-3<\/p>\n<p>Once a quote\/order is created against this opportunity, currency of opportunity gets set to the currency of that quote\/order. After this, same currency is used while creating new quotes\/orders hence it becomes read-only.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4169\" title=\"Image-4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/Image-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"159\" height=\"61\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">Image-4<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Similarly line items also follow the quote currency that was initially set and move to Opportunity level. The purpose is to get the correct forecasting value for every opportunity in unique currency format.
