Users can check the same by navigating to assembly folder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/2.-Path.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4485\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/2.-Path.png\" alt=\"Path\" width=\"684\" height=\"239\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> SageCRMNet.dll<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> SageCrmWrapper.dll<\/p>\n<p>These DLL\u2019s gets registered during Sage CRM installation process. In case, you have multiple Sage CRM installed on the\u00a0same machine with different versions then assembly reference will get override with last Sage CRM version\u00a0installed. At this point, you need to register the DLL of Sage CRM for which an error is been encountered.<br \/>\n<em><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Also Read:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<a title=\"Handling Blog feeds in Sage CRM\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/07\/31\/handling-blog-feeds-in-sage-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Handling Blog feeds in Sage CRM<\/a><\/em><br \/>\nConsider for an example, Sage CRM v7.1 is installed in D drive. Then, you need to follow the steps below to register Sage CRM .NET DLL\u2019s manually.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Login to the Sage CRM server using the\u00a0Administrator account.<br \/>\n<strong>2.<\/strong> Start the command prompt.<br \/>\n<strong>3.<\/strong> Navigate to the path i.e. D:\\Program Files\\Sage\\CRM\\CRMDotNet\\7.1\\.\u00a0It has <b>SageCRMNet.dll <\/b>and<b> SageCRMWrapper.dll <\/b>files of that version.<br \/>\n<strong>4.<\/strong> To register <b>SageCRMNet.dll <\/b>run the command as shown in the screenshot. Make sure that you enter correct name and file path. In our case, <b>D:\\Program Files\\Sage\\CRM\\CRMDotNet\\7.1&gt; regasm SageCRMNet.dll<\/b><br \/>\n<strong>5.<\/strong> After registration, a message will appear telling you registration was successful.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3.-CMD.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4486\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/3.-CMD.png\" alt=\"CMD\" width=\"651\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>6.<\/strong> Then you need to install the DLL into Global Assembly cache (GAC). You can do the same by executing the following command, \u00a0<b>D:\\Program Files\\Sage\\CRM\\CRMDotNet\\7.1&gt; gacutil -i SageCRMNet.dll<\/b><br \/>\n<strong>7.<\/strong> After registration, a message will appear \u201cAssembly successfully added to the cache\u201d Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/4.-CMD.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4487\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/4.-CMD.png\" alt=\"CMD\" width=\"655\" height=\"251\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><strong>8.<\/strong> Repeat the steps 4 to 7 to register <b>SageCRMWrapper.dll<\/b> and install into GAC.<br \/>\n<strong>9.<\/strong> Lastly, run IISREST command.<\/p>\n<p>So, in future, if there are any issues with the .NET Customization that you have done in Sage CRM, first check for the working of Relationships tab.
