We can avoid right clicking the menu item and popup the menu just by hovering over the option. The best thing is this can be done using a standard setting available out of box. Below is how you can change the behavior.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\n1. Login into <b>Sage CRM<\/b>.<br \/>\n2. Go To <b>Main Menu<\/b> || <b>My CRM<\/b> || <b>Preference<\/b><br \/>\n3. Click on <b>Change<\/b> button<br \/>\n4. Select <b>Hover<\/b> option from <b>Pop up List activation by<\/b> field<br \/>\n5.
