In this Blog, we would be discussing some of the common issues and their solutions that can be generally taken care of while configuring Sage 100 Company code.<br \/>\n<strong><em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The New Stuff<\/span>:\u00a0<a title=\"Showing images in Sage CRM Reports\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/10\/07\/showing-images-in-sage-crm-reports\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Showing images in Sage CRM Reports<\/a><\/em><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/10\/07\/registration-screen-in-crm-v7-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n<\/a><br \/>\nBelow is the list of error messages which you may come across while configuring GUMU integration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Check domain, user, and password information: <\/b>This error message comes in either one of the following scenarios.<b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>You may have entered the wrong domain, Windows user name, or password. <b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>The Windows user you are entering into the configuration does not have <strong>Administrator<\/strong> rights: &#8211;\u00a0 It should be at the administrator level.<\/li>\n<li>If Sage 100 and Sage CRM both are on two different domains:-\u00a0 Please make sure that both CRM and Sage 100 server should be in the same domain.<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The Sage 100 Username\/Password is not valid. Please specify a valid Sage Username\/Password: <\/b>This error message may come because of the following reasons<b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Sage 100 Application login details may be incorrect.<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li>Sage 100 user, used while configuration does not have enough rights\/roles to log in to Sage 100 externally.<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Login Failed in clsMas90 | Login function Name: gMasoSession.nSetCompany<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Configuration.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4883\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Configuration.jpg\" alt=\"Configuration\" width=\"619\" height=\"224\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThis is a very common error message and it comes when <b>Allow external access option<\/b> is not checked for that company code.<br \/>\nThis can be done in Sage 100 by<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to sage 100. Go to <b>Library Master &#8211;<\/b>&gt; <b>Company Maintenance<\/b>&gt; <b>select the company code<\/b> which you are configuring with the CRM.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0GOTO <b>Preferences<\/b> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Check the \u201c<b>Allow external access<\/b>\u201d check box (Refer to the screenshot below)<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Also, please make sure that the path for the <b>Sage 100 Home directory<\/b> which you are using in the configuration screen has full access from the sage CRM server<b><\/b><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Company-Maintenance.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4882\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Company-Maintenance.jpg\" alt=\"Company Maintenance\" width=\"514\" height=\"534\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the \u201cAccept\u201d button.<\/li>\n<li>Go to CRM and try configuring the company again using GUMU integration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In any case, you can always contact us for GUMU support at <a href=\"mailto:Sage@Greytrix.com\">Sage@Greytrix.com<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is the first of our posts in a series on our GUMU Sage 100 integration where we will keep sharing solutions\/tips for a few common errors which users come across while using the integration and their quick workaround.
