On one of such testing instance one of my Testers found this error.<br \/>\nAs soon as I logged into CRM and went to Calendar, I encountered an error message \u201c<strong>Access violation at address xxxxxxxx<\/strong>\u201d.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Access1.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-4961\" alt=\"Access\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/Access1.jpg\" width=\"470\" height=\"164\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThen, I put my developers on task to\u00a0get\u00a0it resolved.\u00a0They did some research and\u00a0got to know that this happens on screens\\tabs where document drop button is available i.e. at calendar and communications tab. However, I also noticed that this error mostly visible under Calendar tab of CRM.<br \/>\nIf this happens where document drop button is available then it has to do with XeWare Control plug-in which gets installed on accessing CRM for first time.<br \/>\nLet us see, how we can get rid of this problem. Follow the below steps.<br \/>\n1. Browse to the Downloaded Program Files folder, which can be found in:<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><em>C:\\\\Windows\\Downloaded Program Files<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n2. Select <strong>eWarePluginX<\/strong> file and click Delete.<br \/>\n3. Click Yes when prompted to remove the plug-in permanently<br \/>\n4. If a message comes up stating that the program files are currently in use, close all Internet Explorer windows or do an IISRESET if required.<br \/>\n5. Log on to SageCRM.<br \/>\n6.
