Hi guys, I had discussed a method to remove the Send E-mail<\/b> button from the email screen through my below post

\nWith this post I will explain the other way around I.e. how you can get rid of Send using Outlook<\/b> button and this is fairly simple.
\nHere is an email screen with both the buttons.\"Image1\"<\/a>
\n\u00a0If you select Send E-mail<\/b> option, then Email will be sent to customer right through CRM. If you go with the Send Using Outlook<\/b>, Outlook New Email window gets opened on to edit and send that E-mail.\u00a0 \u00a0
\n\u00a0To remove Send using Outlook button you can follow below steps.
\n\u00a01. Login into CRM<\/b>.
\n\u00a02. Go to Administration<\/b> | Email And Documents<\/b> | Email Configuration.<\/b>
\n\u00a03. Click on Change<\/b> button.
\n\u00a04. Select \u201cNo<\/b>\u201d option from Allow send using Outlook:<\/b> selection field
\n\u00a05. Click on Save<\/b> button<\/p>\n
