Client tried to select the last visited record by navigating through the Recent List but got below message. Obvious message as the record was deleted from Sage CRM.<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5162\" alt=\"SQL1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL1.jpg\" width=\"624\" height=\"20\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b><i>Related Stuff: <\/i><\/b><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2011\/09\/21\/delete-recent-list-item-in-crm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Delete Recent List item in CRM<\/a><br \/>\nUnlike other Sage products, once the record is deleted it cannot be retrieved. However when record is deleted in Sage CRM, it is still available in Sage CRM database and can be easily retrievable. Below are the steps that you need to follow to retrieve deleted records.<br \/>\n1) Take Sage CRM database backup.<br \/>\n2) Open your SQL server management studio and enter the login credentials.<br \/>\n3) Select Sage CRM database from the Object explorer and Open Query pane and execute SQL query as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5163\" alt=\"SQL2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL2.jpg\" width=\"392\" height=\"183\" \/><br \/>\n<\/a>4) Here you will observe that Comp_Deleted is set to 1.<br \/>\n5) To retrieve it again back to Sage CRM, we need to set this column as NULL.<br \/>\n6) For this, Execute SQL command as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-5164\" alt=\"SQL3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/10\/SQL3.jpg\" width=\"393\" height=\"170\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<b>Note:<br \/>\n<\/b>Be careful while executing update SQL command. Make sure you are updating correct company.
