This is the standard folder for Shared documents.<br \/>\nCurrently Logged User Name: System Administrator<br \/>\nFile Name: Test.txt<br \/>\nFull Path: C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM71\\Library\\Global Documents\\UK\\Test.txt<br \/>\n<strong>6<\/strong>. <strong>Opportunity<\/strong>: Document uploaded against Opportunity entity will be saved in Library folder in following format<br \/>\nCompany Name: 3G Homes<br \/>\nFolder Name: 3\\3G Homes<br \/>\nFile Name: IP.doc<br \/>\nFull Path: C:\\ProgramFile(x86)\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM71\\Library\\3\\3G Homes\\IP.doc<br \/>\nHere as the company library folder exists, document will be copied there.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Storage of linking in database<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAs the physical paths are created as explained above for storing the documents, the records are also created in<br \/>\nLibrary table of Sage CRM database.
