We can add several types of gadgets like List, Menu item, Chart, RSS Feed, etc. on the interactive dashboard.<br \/>\nWhile working with any ticket\/case we need to go to summary page of that record for progressing it through workflow. Sometimes you will get across the scenario where executive wants to progress record workflow from dashboard itself or wants to create appointment, task against the record on the fly. List gadget in Interactive dashboard has some built in functionality with which we can achieve this by making some simple configurations.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><em><strong>The New Stuff:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> <a title=\"Sage CRM Offline Synchronization\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2013\/12\/27\/sage-crm-offline-synchronization\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sage CRM Offline Synchronization<\/a><br \/>\nWhenever we create a List gadget and add it on Interactive Dashboard, it provides some actions to be performed on the gadget.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-12.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-6167\" alt=\"Image-1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-12.jpg\" width=\"316\" height=\"127\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As shown in following screenshot when we check the <b>Display Workflow Anchor Column<\/b> checkbox, an action column gets added to the list which will allow user to progress the tickets to later stages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-6169\" alt=\"Image-3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-3.jpg\" width=\"627\" height=\"172\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Along with this, there are some more actions we can add to the list gadgets.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6168\" alt=\"Image-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/Image-2.jpg\" width=\"464\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>As shown in the screenshot below we can add actions like,<br \/>\n<b>1. Go to Summary Screen: <\/b>Opens the summary screen of selected record.<br \/>\n2. <b>LinkedIn Search:<\/b> Carries out search on person last name and\/or the company name from CRM in LinkedIn. The user must have LinkedIn account and will be prompted for logon the first time they use the action.<b><\/b><br \/>\n<b>3.New Appointment: <\/b>Create new appointment using the context details of the selected record.<b> <\/b><br \/>\n<b>4.New Task: <\/b>Creates new task using the context details of the selected record.<b><\/b><br \/>\n<b>5. New Email: <\/b>Creates new email using the context details of the selected record.<b><\/b><br \/>\nAs you can see in the second screenshot, I have added <b>New Email<\/b> as action in the list gadget I have created for my dashboard.
