Data related issues<br \/>\nIn this blog we would like to discuss one common issue which our support team has come across while our GUMU Integration and solution of the same.<br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>Issue:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>\u00a0\u201cClass definition SAGEPROCRMPLUGIN.SAGECRM is not found\u201d<br \/>\nWhile updating the records from Sage Pro to Sage CRM user can get a pop-up message saying \u201cClass definition SAGEPROCRMPLUGIN.SAGECRM is not found\u201d. \u00a0You can also confirm the same by checking Test CRM connection at \u201cSage Pro Integration Maintenance Screen\u201d as shown below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><strong>GUMU for Sage CRM \u2013 Sage Pro Integration<\/strong><\/span> \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product-66-GUMU_for_Sage_CRM_Sage_Pro_ERP_Order_Entry_Integration.htm\" target=\"_blank\"><b>Trial<\/b><\/a><b>\u00a0<strong>|<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL433CC7991A5C8708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Video<\/b><\/a><b><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PL433CC7991A5C8708\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0<\/a><strong>|<\/strong>\u00a0<\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2012\/03\/03\/greytrix-releases-new-gumu-sagecrm-integration-with-sage-pro-erp\/\" target=\"_blank\"><b>Blog<\/b><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/SageScreenshot.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6262\" alt=\"SageScreenshot\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/SageScreenshot.jpg\" width=\"778\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #993300;\">Location where it occurs:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0This issue can occur in the Sage Pro Server or in the system where the Sage pro workstation is installed.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Reason<\/span><\/b>:<\/span> The Reason behind this would be that GUMU workstation is not installed in the system where user is getting the above message due to which CRM Web services is not accessible from that particular system to update all the changes made from Sage Pro to Sage CRM.<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em; color: #993300;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Solution<\/span><\/b><\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">: To resolve this issue, user will need to install the GUMU workstation in the system where they are getting the above issue. GUMU workstation setup is located in GUMU installation directory of Sage CRM server i.e. \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Greytrix\\GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM 7.1 &#8211; Sage Pro ERP 7.7 Complete Integration\\Greytrix\\GUMU Sage CRM &#8211; Sage Pro WorkStation Setup \\\u201d\u00a0 (assuming GUMU installation drive is C drive).\u00a0 Also once you have installed the GUMU workstation please register the SAGEPROCRMPLUGIN.DLL by following the below steps.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Run the CMD Command as administrator.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">In a Command prompt, go to the C:\\WINDOWS\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v2.0.50727 directory<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Type below regasm command in command prompt to register the DLL.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><b>regasm<\/b> \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Greytrix\\GUMU&#x2122; for Sage CRM 7.1 &#8211; Sage Pro ERP 7.7 Complete Integration\\Greytrix\\GUMU Sage CRM &#8211; Sage Pro WorkStation Setup \\SageProCRMPlugin.dll&#8221; \/tlb<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/RegisterSagePro.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6261\" alt=\"RegisterSagePro\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/RegisterSagePro.png\" width=\"672\" height=\"335\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">This should solve the problem.
