Some simple steps to be followed to re-configure\/Move your GUMU integration in the new server. In this post we will be discussing this steps which need to be followed while moving GUMU integration to new Server.<br \/>\nNote: Below steps are to be followed only if you are moving or upgrading the hardware\/server and not upgrading the application (we mean you are not upgrading the sage CRM or sage 100 version, we will cover that in our future posts)<br \/>\n<b>(A)\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b>Moving GUMU Integrated Sage CRM server<br \/>\n<\/b><br \/>\nBefore we start with the steps to move GUMU onto new server, please make sure that you have installed sage CRM on the new server and have the new GUMU license key with you which would be required to register our GUMU. If you don\u2019t have GUMU license key then provide us the bellow details and we will provide you the GUMU license key<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">1. \u00a0 Sage CRM server name<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">2. \u00a0 Sage CRM license key<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">3. \u00a0 End User Name<\/span><br \/>\nOnce you have the CRM installed and GUMU license key with you, continue with the below steps<br \/>\n<b>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Taking back up from Old server:-<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nUser will need to take backup of the below GUMU files from the old Sage CRM server:-<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">1. \u00a0 Greytrix Folder:- which is located in the GUMU installation directory e.g. C:\\Program Files\\Greytrix(Assuming your GUMU installation is in C:\\ drive)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">2. \u00a0GUIU folder:- which is located in the Sage CRM installation directory<\/span><br \/>\nE.g.: \u00a0\u201cC:\\Program Files\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM71\\WWWRoot folder\u201d (Assuming your Sage CRM installation is in C:\\ drive)<br \/>\n<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">2. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Install GUMU Integration in the new server:-<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nPlease ensure you download and install the latest GUMU setup from our website. \u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product-58-GUMU_for_Sage_CRM_MAS_90_200_Integration.htm\" target=\"_blank\">GUMU Sage 100 \u2013 Sage CRM Integration<\/a>. Here, you just have to install the setup and no need to run the components as it would be already present in your CRM database.<br \/>\n<b>3. \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<\/b><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Replacing the Files:-<\/span><\/b><br \/>\nOnce user has installed GUMU, replace the backup files which you have taken from old server as mentioned below<br \/>\n<span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">1. \u00a0 GUIU folder : replace the GUIU folder which has been taken as back from old server to new server in the CRM \u00a0installation directory e.g.: \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Sage\\CRM\\CRM\\WWWRoot\u201d folder (Assuming your Sage CRM installation is in C:\\ drive)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">2. \u00a0Greytrix Folder: To GUMU installation directory<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>4. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong> \u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Registering DLL and GUMU<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Once done with the above steps, user will need to register the MAS90Lib.dll which is located in the Greytrix folder. To register the dll you will need to follow the below steps<\/p>\n<p>\u00a01. \u00a0Go to Command prompt, run it as Administrator.<br \/>\n2. \u00a0 Run the IISRESET command.<br \/>\n3. \u00a0 Write the below command and register the dll.<br \/>\n<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0regsvr32 \u201c&lt;Path of MAS90Lib.dll&gt;\u201d<\/b><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><br \/>\n<\/b>4. \u00a0 Finally register \u00a0GUMU with the license key provided to you (Please refer installation guide for GUMU \u00a0 \u00a0 registration.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/register.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6273\" alt=\"register\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/register.png\" width=\"672\" height=\"336\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Note:<\/strong> MAS90Lib.dll is located in the GUMU installation directory e.g. \u201cC:\\Program Files\\Greytrix\\GUMU for Sage CRM Server \u2013 Complete \u201d<br \/>\n<b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><br \/>\n(B)\u00a0\u00a0 <\/b><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Moving Sage 100 server<\/b><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nIf you are moving Sage 100 server then you just have to install GUMU workstation setup at the Sage 100 server.
