The entire data can also be restricted to the users. Recently we have observed new security matrix added in IIS for Sage CRM v7.2. i.e. User is Logged out automatically out of Sage CRM if Sage CRM remains in an idle state for more than its threshold limit specified in IIS.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\"><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><i>Related Post:<\/i><\/b><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"> <\/b><\/span><a style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/2012\/05\/07\/gumu-for-sage-crm-integration-with-sage-100-erp\/\" target=\"_blank\">Security for your Sage 100 ERP Data with Security Matrix in GUMU Sage CRM<\/a><br \/>\nIf Sage CRM v7.2 remains in idle state for more time, you will observe unasked logout from Sage CRM (Refer below screenshot) and user has to again login back to get access to data.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout11.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6376\" alt=\"Logout1\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout11.jpg\" width=\"603\" height=\"400\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nThis can be easily managed by changing few things in IIS. Here are steps that you need to follow to change the settings so that user will remain logged in even if Sage CRM remains in an idle state.<br \/>\n1) Start | Run and type <b>inetmgr<\/b> command which opens up Internet Information Services (IIS) manager.<br \/>\n2) Navigate to Application Pools and select Sage CRM App Pool and then select <b>Advanced Settings<\/b> options which are in the Actions panel.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6378\" alt=\"Logout2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout2.jpg\" width=\"631\" height=\"173\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n3) Advanced Settings screen will be displayed as shown below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout3.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6379\" alt=\"Logout3\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/Logout3.jpg\" width=\"450\" height=\"550\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n4) You can even read the description which is displayed when you select Idle Time-out (minutes) under Process Model. It is self-explanatory.<br \/>\n5) Expand the Process Model section and set Idle Time-out (minutes) as 0.
