At our workplace, the IP address of Sage CRM server was changed due to the IT personnel performing hardware, software and network related activities on server and hence, we had to face this issue.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">Sage CRM install adds <\/span><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">IPAddressChecking<\/b><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"> parameter in the system registry which is responsible for checking IP address of Sage CRM machine. So if the IP address of Sage CRM is changed, it would display the IP address mismatch screen sometimes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">You can turn off IP address checking by setting <\/span><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\">IPAddressChecking<\/b><span style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"> parameter to N. Refer below steps for the same.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><i><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Note: <\/span><\/i><\/b><i style=\"line-height: 1.6em;\"><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Do backup registry before making any of the changes.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open Registry Editor.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to Sage CRM node by expanding below nodes.<br \/>\n<b>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | eWare | Config |\/&lt;&lt;CRM installed Name&gt;&gt;<br \/>\n<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Right click on <b>IPAddressChecking<\/b> parameter and select Modify option.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IPAddr12.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6478\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagecrm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IPAddr12.jpg\" alt=\"IPAddr1\" width=\"627\" height=\"382\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Edit String window will get displayed.
